Welcome to our website! At Sistas with Stix Field Hockey (SWS) we use the slogan “Dedicated to You.” Since inception, we remain dedicated to the growth and development of each individual athlete.
From beginner to advanced, our coaches cater to the different needs of each athlete to help shape them into well-rounded field hockey players!

Train and compete with our SWS Travel Teams! Our Travel Teams offer players of all ages the opportunity to train and compete.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Looking for personalized skills training? Schedule a private or small group training session with one of our experienced coaches!
CLINICS & TRAININGS
Sharpen your skills, build confidence, and take your game to the next level. Clinic and training opportunities are available year round.
SUMMER CAMPS
Open to all ages, skill levels, and club affiliations! Continue to develop and grow over the summer through our various summer programs.

Prior playing or coaching experience is preferred. We have coaching opportunities across multiple age levels with flexible time commitments.
